Mountain White Villa by Sunrise Kandy policies set check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM, with guests asked to advise the property of their arrival time in advance. There is no minimum age requirement for check-in. Children of all ages are welcome, although children aged six and older are counted as adults for pricing purposes. Cribs or extra beds cannot be added to a room, and pets are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited at the property. Cash is currently the only stated payment method. Cancellation and prepayment rules depend on the accommodation type, so those conditions should be checked alongside the selected amenities and room arrangement before the reservation is completed.
